Trust Benefits called me in Dec 03 to offer me a credit repair program as well as an Unsecured Master Card or Visa, the said it would be sent in 14-20 business days and that my Credit Card would be with it. After 20 business days had passed I called, and after being on hold when I finally got through for 30 minutes, they said their shipping department was backed up.

After I recieved the package, there was no credit card in, which in it was some lame excuses for benefits. it was basically ads for services. I called and the very rude CSR agent told me I had not chosen my bank and that I needed to go onto the cd rom and do so so I talked with his supervisor, who claimed the only one above him is the owner and no one talks to the owner, to get a refund.

I was told that because I was waiting for this supposed form, that I was supposed to sign and return, to arrive I did not mail my packet back within the 15 days. I was under the understanding that the Card is part of the packet and I have put the cd rom in and the credit offers on it are not for unsecured but for stored value cards. The links for the unsecured programs say the program does not exist anymore. I either want my Credit card, what I was promised, or a refund.
