Rip-off Report, stating they will give REFUNDS to unsatisfied customers.
In Novemeber ,2003. I was contacted by an agent from Trust Benefits saying that I had been approved for a Mastercard with a credit limit of $2000. She told me in otder to process it I had a one time processing fee. At the time I didn't have it and she told me they could set up a payment date and deduct it from my account. I set it up for December 9th, 2003.
It was very hard to come up with the money but somehow I managed to scrape it up. The lady told me once the money came out I should recieve my card in 15 to 20 business days.
After the 20 days I called them , the person told me because of Christmas they were behind. But it would be shipped out soon.
Every week I called and they kept telling me it had been sent out.On some some of the calls half of the people would tell me I should recieve it any day now , then others would say it hadn't been mailed out but they would be sending out.
Yesterday January 29,2004, I recieved a package, I opened it very excited because I just knew my credit card was here. All I found was a bunch of pieces of paper but no credit card. So I called the company again today. And the lady told me they couldn't mail the credit card with the package because of security reasons .But I should recieve a form in the next couple of days I needed to sign it send it back then they would send my credit card.I really don't think their going to send me a card. I think they only wanted my money. And I want my money back.When you call them their is always busy it takes anywhere from 30 to 35 minutes after being on hold before anyone picks up. And I know that they knew me everytime I called.I've been hung up on intentionally.For instance once when I called as soon as I gave my name the guy says" I'm sorry but I have to other calls and I'm going to hang up now".
It just makes me really mad that they can do this to people. Will you please help me get my money back.
