DO NOT TRUST ALAN J STATMAN. JUST BECAUSE IT IS THE LAW AND LEGAL DOES NOT MEAN IT IS RIGHT! HE HAS SUCCESSFULLY COLLUDED WITH OTHER ATTORNEYS TO HAVE ME EVICTED FROM OUR FAMILY HOME OF 43 YEARS, ROBBED MY MOTHER OF HER HOME EQUITY, HAS NOT PAID ANY NURSING HOME BILLS WITH THE QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS STOLEN SINCE MEDI-CAL PAYS HER BILLS AND NOW IS GOING TO RENT OR SELL OUR HOME AND POCKET THE MONEY.
THIS IS A MOVEMENT. PLEASE SEE UTUBE VIDEO AT "Judicial Theft and website, thesmithfamilytrust.net." These actions have been reported to the FBI, my mother's civil rights which the "Color of Law" Statute should protect her.
Complaints have been filed with the Attorney General's office! The deals (cases) were determined before I ever entered the court room.
I have faith that eventually, one day, righteousness will prevail, in the meantime as a disabled senior citizen, I am now homeless due to their actions.
