My letter to them (following) tells all - I have received 2 more "Notice to Pay" since.

 

This “Final Notice- Debt collection” is in error; is not valid.

This account was never established.

I tentatively agreed to establish an account with your company July 31 after receiving a sales call from Daniel Klug, pending ratification; On August 1 he responded:

“Hey Cal,

 

I just got your message. Thanks so much for the thought here. I’m glad we can get this rolling for you. Our onboarding team should be reaching out to you by the end of the day to set everything up.”

I received no contract, no communication, nothing further from your company until 10 weeks later, October 9, when I was contacted by Robert Pemstein, inquiring about “my account”. I explained that I had had no contact or follow up from your company.

Robert sent the information I needed to use your services, with a contract, followed on Oct 10 with an invoice for services from August 31, (August was to be my first free month of service, according to the offer by Daniel).

As I had not had services for 10 weeks, and the contractual services were not as offered by Daniel, I did not agree to the contract as presented and informed Robert. He said he would look into making the changes necessary to make the contract acceptable and get back to me.

Again, I received no further communication from your company until Dec 18, when I was contacted by Kelly Victor, who introduced herself as my “account manager”. I went over these details with her and she said she would see what she could do. I requested that we begin services the first of the month at the price quoted, with the terms offered by Daniel. Her last comment to me was that she might be able to change my invoicing period to October. I said that was unacceptable, as no services had been performed and no contract had been in place.

I have not heard back from Kelly, or any person from your company since.

I will not be doing business with your company – you have had three opportunities to sign me up for your services, and all three times I have indicated that I would like to be your client – and all three times you have ignored me, not followed up, failed to provide any service whatsoever.
