I watched the TV ad for about 2 years, I finally decided to call and get this program. I called on a Saturday around noon central time. I gave my credit card info and then had to actually ask about the amount it was going to be total. They informed me that the total would be 139.98. I also was informed that I would be receiving an email confirmation with in minutes of the order being placed.
Later that day I called back to check on something. I did not get an order number and wanted it. The number I called was not the number I needed to contact for customer service I was told. I would have to call customer service Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm P. Time. I just wanted to know my order number and they rudely told me that they could not look up my order, that all they did was take orders. I called 2 other numbers and spoke with again 2 rude people.
So Tuesday I called to speak with a customer service rep about my order, once again it was someone very rude. I actually told him that they only charged me for the 1st month when i wanted to pay in full. The other thing I needed was an email from my order on Sat. He said the program had shipped out on Mon, but I still don't have an Order email. Or tracking #.
Called again today, it has been over 96 hours since I have placed my order and over 48 business hours since I have placed my order and still no email. When I called he told me it would take another 24-48 hours from yesterday's call. I ask to speak with a manager, or owner and he told me to hang on. Then he came back on the phone and told me that there was not a manager available at the time, that they would have to call me back.
I know that they will not call me back. I am honestly afraid that this is a huge scam and that I will be royally screwed over it. Why Me! Still no email or order confirmation or tracking # for my order.
I will never use this program again, Also I am very sure I will be sending it back as soon as possible. I am ready to cancel the program now and get my money back. before they screw anything else up. Horrible customer service and they will not survive with their business this way.
