Trymedia Gamestop game activation no longer works and they don't care, Internet

I kept the download file and my CD key.
When I recently tried to reinstall the game an use my key I was no longer able to activate the game.
I contacted Trymedia at supportgs@trymedia.com and they told me they no longer support the game and will not refund my money.
Basically don't ever buy anything from Trymedia, they don't care about ongoing support for your license key.
