Tucker Capital, alkebulan trucking Ripoff capital richardson, Texas

I lease a truck from tucker capital in 2008 but i did not buy one of tuckers truck I found the truck in Pa. I gave tucker 8000 dollars for the truck. Tucker wanted me to take my truck to a company call Bee Line in Houston Texas Tucker also wanted Bee Line to take out the payments for my truck. My first payment was due Jan. of 2009 nine I made that payment myself my payments were ontime until BeeLine started making them. Tucker charged me late fees and tried to put it in my credit.I then took my truck to another company that Tucker capital asked me to lease it on with and they made the truck payments also.

I was doing great with this company and decided I wanted to go into business for myself. So I went back to Tucker Capital and leased another truck. I have had three trucks with Tucker Capital since December 2010 all were lemons. The first truck went in the shop 6 times in one week they said they had just done an inframe on the truck. The second truck the head cracked on it and I drove it for less then a week. The last truck I got from them was an 2005 FTL and it was driven by me for 2 weeks and I parked it because I bought another truck.

Well I put a driver in that truck the truck was getting 3.9 mile to the gallon so I decided to put it in the shop to have a tune up performed on it while there the machanic told me the turbo was bad the intake was cracked and the manifold was bad a total of 4000 dollars worth of repairs on a truck that was not drive but 2 months total and 33,000 miles. The truck had a warrenty on it by and company out of eagel colorado. The number to this company tucker would not give it to me. Tucker forced me to become a part of a maintance program through another company call server. Server was the company that handle any repairs the truck had.

I had to call them to make arrangement to take my truck to the shop with my maintance money and then they charge me to do use them based on how much the bill is. For three days I went round and round with these people and finally I just told them I did not want the truck anymore this was the third truck from them in five months. No they are saying i abandon the lease which is not true. Today I called them so speak with them about my first truck the 04 FTL which i have had no problem with because it was not a tucker capital truck becasue they were charging me a late fee when i did not pay my payment late have not been late with the payment since march of 2009 and that was when tucker capital had the company paying the bill. I have been paying my payment since november of 2010 and have not been late.

Bill Leverty and his employees are rude and unprofessional. I have just told them today that I know longer what the first truck anymore. In order to keep my trucks they wanted me to sign my paycheck over to them they in return would take my truck payment out and then send me the rest a day later. I Have never heard of such things I warn anyone of these people they are crocks and for the person who said he had a good relationship with tucker capital you are probably on in a hundred of his customers. Tucker cost me alot of money and the people I had employed now does not have jobs. What Tucker Capital is doing has to be illegal but who is challenging them . If you buy a car can the bank tell you what to do it.
