14_Sara S: Yout hink the server is the issue because you are not recieving turbo tax notices correct?
Sherry : Yep, cause I double and tripled checked the email address before submitting.
14_Sara S: I will be happy to look into this for you today, give me a moment please.
14_Sara S: How long ago did you file?
Sherry : I know it was accepted by Federal shortly after submitting.. didn't take long. Sunday
Sherry : Checked later that day and it was accepted Federal then later State of NC on Monday
14_Sara S: Ok so you have been notified that it was accepted, but as far as IRS notifications you haven't recieved anything?
Sherry : You missed the point. Turbo Tax is not sending the notifications. I checked myself to find it was accepted. Your notifications are not working cause I know I had valid email which you notified me of purchase and again I checked twice before submitting efile correct email
Sherry : And no it was not in spam cause trust me I checked and get other emails from turbotax
14_Sara S: Ok I will notify my supervisor about this. I am glad to hear that you at least know it was accepted.
14_Sara S: Our servers I found out are going through updates, so emails are going to be behind schedule and I apologize for the inconvience.
Sherry : Well I am not dumb and check but my complaint is your notifications don't come. I filed for family member as well and same scenario. Maybe they are blocking earthlink.net for filing notification but like I said get the notification of purchase of state.
Sherry : Oh servers in updates during tax season. Really a poor business technology decision wouldn't you say?
14_Sara S: This is why the notifications did not come and again I apologize for the inconvenience.
Sherry : So if behind why the hoopla from turbotax of notification? I found out on my own. Pathetic customer service and product
Sherry : Guess I will get notification after I get refund at this point, right
14_Sara S: Sherry I am very sorry that you feel that way about Turbo Tax, to be sure it was accepted I can quickly look up your efile records, and are you sure that you also looked in your actual inbox and not only the spam folder by accident?
14_Sara S: What is your ssn?
14_Sara S: so I can look up your efile record.
Sherry : Duh don't treat me like an idiot as I am MCSE certified and hell no I will not give you my ss# as I already know they were accepted by going a different route. You must be in lala land. I just pointed out how pathetic Turbo Tax is to upgrade servers during tax season and not post that notification would be delayed.
