They charged 66.00 for my federal preparation.Which, was to be E-Filed to my checking account.I entered the correct routing number (bank identifier) but miskeyed my checking account number by typing an 8 where they should have saw a 9.

I received a check today from University National Bank. With three additional fees on it for this error.160.00 in additional fees for the error.Unable to reach turbotax by phone I waited to "chat" on the web with an "expert". I was tranferred twice to people who had no answers and told me to contact this bank?

I also realized I over the years of using them I have two separate login and password combinations to access "my account" but when I enter in to see my information the site does not recognize me as the same person.Example: I sign in with one password and user name combo such as the one I used to file this year.I will only see returns prepared those years, with that user name. I sign in with the user name from last year, and I can't see this years information at all and can't see last years return unless I pay because the site won't let you just access returns unless you are preparing your taxes with them this year.
