TurboTax RECEIVED A CHECK FROM UNIVERSITY NATIONAL BANK INSTEAD OF MY REFUND TO MY BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE I ACCIDENTLY TYPED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER WRONG.WITH 160.00 WORTH OF FEES.FOR MY ERROR!TURBO TAX SAYS Internet
I received a check today from University National Bank. With three additional fees on it for this error.160.00 in additional fees for the error.Unable to reach turbotax by phone I waited to "chat" on the web with an "expert". I was tranferred twice to people who had no answers and told me to contact this bank?
I also realized I over the years of using them I have two separate login and password combinations to access "my account" but when I enter in to see my information the site does not recognize me as the same person.Example: I sign in with one password and user name combo such as the one I used to file this year.I will only see returns prepared those years, with that user name. I sign in with the user name from last year, and I can't see this years information at all and can't see last years return unless I pay because the site won't let you just access returns unless you are preparing your taxes with them this year.
My state taxes are messed up and I don't know why?It tells me to fix the errors but, explains the errors in my situation as a math problem.Such as if line 3 is less than line 46 multiply the difference by 4.033%?But, the questions they are asking aren't numbered and I have no clue?Never Again!Use at your own risk!
