Petro Lucre Fraud and Turn Key Oil unethical practices.

Tim Smith and John Minks have been a trouble. They have illegal advertisements up on the internet that violates SEC rules and regulations. I have attached screen shots on from there websites.

The website Petro Lucre LLC and Turn Key oil solutions are new sites and they do not have any track records of doing good and ethical business in the past.

John Minks and Tim Smith has contacted some of my business partners and have stated that they know me and my company which they do not. They have messed up several deals in the oil industry for me and they keep calling and emailing me lies about how they have investors or other means of financing for projects.

They simply do not have any experience or clients and they are just a huge waste of time. If I were you I would not listen to them if they call you. I have emails from both Tim and John that support my case.

I would recommend that you do not do any business with these time wasters. I fear that you will simply get burned.

There website keeps changing along with there company name and address. They are simply just not professional people.

There contact information is below. One thing that is strange and alarming is that there main business number is the same as their cell phone.

I have also caught them scraping protected information from website along with falsely representing themselves as buyers several times. Be careful of them if you are talking with them.

Oddly enough in today's day and age with internet technology is that people or parties who believe you are a competitor can say just about anything about you with no basis in order to defame or slander your business.

On this basis it is very much appreciated that this website allows for rebuttal and setting the record straight. In addition we have contacted the author of this post in an effort to straighten out any concerns but since he views our business as a competing business he is opted to not reply to us.

Here is a summary of rebuttal points based on the posting:

We have vetted our practices against all State and Federal securities and business compliance regulations. We have done this through our own research as well as evaluation by our corporate legal counsel and securities legal counsel. There is no outstanding concerns with the way our website is structured or the opportunities presented at this time. If there are any concerns we request that any parties contact us or our attorney right away to address and we will give it our full attention.

The claim that these are new sites is somewhat correct. Petro Lucre was originated in 2008 and these sites were launched shortly thereafter. Prior to forming Petro Lucre our team was private and public investors, engineers, investor and financing relations professionals, lawyers and accountants.

The claim here is that we do not have any track record when in fact the author of this post has not ever inquired about our past. We do in fact have a pristine track record and have references that can be provided to any interested parties both for the last two years under Petro Lucre and for previous ventures for all parties.

We have found that the energy business is not that small afterall. In our marketing and networking efforts we come across all sorts of energy ventures, companies and opportunities. We make it particular effort of ours to make sure that we have non-circumvents with all parties we come in contact with to protect the valuable contacts and resources that everyone has. If and when we cross the paths of resources that other contacts have or may have introduced to us we always address this with all parties to make sure that there is no issue discussing business opportunities. If anyone at any time feels that their business is in anyway being hindered by our efforts we ask that you immediately email us and we will give it our full attention to address the matter. The additional claim here is that we do not invest or have investors or investment groups / companies and this is simply not true. We can openly provide any interested party with references and a track record of investments we are making or involved with in the past and most recently. The author of this posting simply never asked for any references before deciding we were a threat to his business and making these claims. We have already emailed the author of this posting offering our support and willingness to provide these references or contacts but have not received a reply.

The claim that Petro Lucre is a time waster is simply not true. We will even continue to post press releases and developments as they are released here for all to see the true efforts of our successful work.

Yes our websites DO keep changing as alleged because we are an ever growing business with new opportunities and information we wish to share with our clients, network and subscribers. This will continue to happen and evolve over time so anyone interested should fully expect this.

The author of this posting also attempts to state that our cell phone and office numbers are the same when in fact the very posting he made shows both our cell # = 512-650-0563 and our office # = 512-650-4638. Feel free to contact us on either number at anytime.

We do utilize available public information for our websites as well as refer to published articles from all over the industry. All references are properly cited and linked to in all cases.
