Well after the first few days I started to notice several "knots/ball like" under my skin and brusing in my lips. I call to make a follow-up appt. I ask the "injector" if this is normal??? She of course says well you need to massage it more and it will spread throughout the lip area. She did however add more Restylne to my bottom lip where it was flatter then the other side, at no cost to me.
Another week goes by and I get an email for holiday specials, so I call and ask to buy over the phone one of the specials $299.00 plus tax. I said I would use that at another time. Now a month goes by and I still have the knots in my lips, the bruising, and I hate the look!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I decide to call another place that I have gone to before to get Dysport and I really like the Doctor there. He does all his own injections and I trust his opinion. He takes one look at my lips, the knots that I have in my lips and under my lips within the skin area and shakes his head in disbelief. What 2 Drops of Beauty did was WRONG!!!!! When I contacted them to tell them I did not want to use the product that I bought to use at a later time, and I wanted them to refund my credit card, they told me it was againist their policy that once you buy there is NO REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please anyone who reads this, STAY AWAY from this RIP-OFF company!!!!! I am out over $1000 and I would not wish that on anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is very unfourtunate that companies don't have these sites and the opportunity to "vent" about the patients and their opinions as the some patients do.
After having you for a follow up visit we compared the before and after of your pictures and saw how amazing your lips turned out to be. So amazing we are considering to post only the lips in our before and after pictures to patients. ( Since you did sign the waiver for this in your chart). Understanding that patients opinion lyes in the eye of the beholder as beauty tens to do.
We do not agree with the fellow Physician who you saw who to your comment was that he would never had injected more than 1ml in lips because this area can't hold it.
We completly disagree and this is not in conjunction with the latest techniques with derma-fillers to achieve the desired symmetry in this area due to the volume loss along the years which was your case. We can understand that every person is entitle to their own opinion and this Physician fall into that group.
We went the extra mile and offer you to remove the product with the Hylorinodaze completely free of charge understanding you where not pleased. Your reply was that you did not wished to have the filler removed because you did not want to be like you where before with not much symmetry in this area or empty". At which we replied: "So you are not as unhappy after all?" We agreed to refund the product that you had purchased and baked in your chart as a courtesy to you disregarding the contract signed by you about sales and how they are final and agreed to honor the sale on other services for a full year.
You seemed very pleased after we asked you if that was fine. You agreed. Next thing we know your report is here .
We are left confused and sadden by this. We take pride in our patients and their happiness with their treatments. We also understand that Two Drops of Beauty Med Spa is committed to serving you in the best way that we can. We will be honest in all our dealings with you.
Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. We count with a great team of Physicians to do so.
If we can serve you another way please don't hesitate to contact us.
We see a wide variety of patients for fillers and many for this area and this is not common for us. ( to find a patient not pleased with the results on lip filler) If we recommended 2 mls is with the intention to make your opportunity area more cosmetically elegant.
