This happend to our Business. We have been fighting since September, We turned it over to the Washingtoon State Attorney Generals office. So far no luck. The Lease company has only returned 1 call out of dozens of calls, they feel that the processing company did nothing wrong. I feel that what they did is fraud and that by not charging back the processor is encouraging such practice! The companies in question are. Certified Merchant Services from Plano Texas & Lease finance group part of Tyco Capitol from Chigago Illinois...
