Tyshone Pringle Jerzy Music Group Money Taken...Services Not Provided...No REFUND, Internet

All I can "say" without getting petty or inmatture unlike Mr. Pringle here (with his many responses which are untrue for I seen the truth myself) is I have paid this man about $500 for a service involving his television showcase. By contract he has implied that it was on a certain date, red carpeted event, I would appear in XXL magazine, and the event would be aired on VH1.

After recieving 10+ emails on changes from new dates, XXL now became The Source, and programming would no longer air on VH1 but BET, I had spoken with Mr. Pringle on how myself running a music company would expect him to handle not only himself but represent his company as well in a more professional manner.

How can a man who claims he is "involved in the music industry" be so un-organized while I represent an up-coming label with more organizational skills. He promised the event would be "jaw dropping" and if I was not satisfied upon arrival I would be reimbursed a full refund. It's unfortunate a good individual like me actually believed in this man's truth through his words. I must give it to you Mr. Pringle, this was definately a lesson learned.

I was suppose to bring people of support along to the event and after Mr. Pringle made various changes from the date to the venue, almost half could not attend due to scheduling. I advised him people do work and need time to make arrangements especially to show to an out of state performance.

The night before I was to appear in New Jersey Tyshone Pringle had sent me a new email of the new venue once again. By this time I was extremely frustrated. Now I was ready to keep my composure until I seen Mr. Tyshone Pringle face to face.

Upon arrival I met Mr. Pringle in a lounge/bar amongst other artist who agreed to participate in his act. Many of the artist were not satisfied quickly realizing there was no red carpet, no "official camera crew," and nobody from any "real" magazine company attended. The only people I saw seemed to be part of Mr. Pringle's company doing all the work.

I did meet Rah Digga and Jesse Idol but that would not make this man's company legit nor substantuary. I'm sure they have dealt with many companies and could care less who gets "jerked" in the process cause they're getting paid the money from those that have been "jerked." Guess that's just part of the business process. I'm sure they were ultimately there for the payout cause when I addressed my concerns to these judges, I pretty much was brushed off.

I was really the only artist/CEO who addressed Mr. Pringle in front of everyone how his services haven't been met and I was extremely unsattisfied. His response was "There's the door" with no concern how much effort I put into his event. After me losing a little professionalism and informing Mr. Pringle such attention would not be tolerated and I would get my money's worth one way or another he quickly appologized for maybe he realized I was a man about his business and not someone of ignorant intelligence.

Let me make a long story short ladies and gentleman: I bit my tongue, performed the event knowing my money would not be returned, and walked away with Mr. Pringle's promise of a refund.

Not only did I ask for a partial refund but a copy of a dvd that I had paid for. Mr. Pringle eventually stopped answering my phone calls and I never recieved anything in regards to the DVD nor partial refund. I do have the emails and have reported this to the Better Business Bureau who seem to not be able to contact neither him nor his company.

After all was said and done - I told Mr. Pringle he could keep the refund and the DVD for his deceitful ways will eventually catch up to him. Thank you Mr. Pringle for a life lesson learned to "Trust Nobody" and "Do Not Send Any Money To Noone Without Fully Doing Your Research."
