To everyone involved in the music business or trying to start a music career. I would inform you about a person by the name of Tyshone T. Pringle Sr. who live in Atl. He has a fake entertainment company here are some of the names he's used since I have been in contact with him. He has gone under Tyzai Entertainment,MIBiI which stands for Make it or Break it, and, recently changed it again to Genesis Music Group LLC,and Ultimate FaceOff wait let me rephrase that "The Ultimate Fake Off" and "The Ultimate RIp Off". that's what he is. This guy is a real doosie he will tell you he has showcases and try to get you to sign up for them my advice is don't!
Oh yeah and he'll run this little sad story about problems he's had in the past about people saying he rips off people dont fall for it. He may even call me a lier but I have documentation to prove he's a fake. Don't give him any money what so ever because you will never see it back again. He will run this sad story about it's in a chase account and that he is waiting for his assistant to send the money, and then he'll refund it to you by cerfitified check. Yeah right!I'm a professional business person and have been in this business for over 34 years and yes I can prove what it is that I do and I have all documentation.
Also I'm not afraid to face my enemy. The other thing is he mentions touring that's a bunch of bull too. He looks for people through facebook and lures them to his page. He has been in business for years stealing innocent peoples money he's a crook and a thief. He will be reported so that he can't continue using people and the entertainment name for his own personal enjoyment. There is also another gentlemen by the name of If you or anyone has run into this person and would like to put an end to this fake person and his fake company please contact on facebook. He will be reported. Contact number for him 678-687-0222.

Once again readers and artist we are dressing this situation again....Its really not funny anymore, its getting out of control and very unprofessional on the behalf of Ms. Boyd. Its seem she dont have a job or nothing else to do but to write up this stupid reports against me. I though Ripoff.com stated if it more than two reports its abuse. Well Ripoff.com and Ms. Boyd have to handle my attorney will handle this situation. If you have anything else you want to address please forward it to: The Anderson Firm LLC.
Ms. Boyd just to let you know you will hear from my attorney for slander my company and my name and you will pay for it trust me. You just brought a ticket.....Thanks.....

Sorry lies and excuses again you blew my phone up the day I reported you fake A$$ to ripoffreport.
"Please call me I need to talk to you" I still have the emails. Also for you to say you never contacted please!!!! Every time you needed some quick money you would email me your fake tours or fake A&R who never contact anyone. I wonder why that is oh yeah I know why because the money went into your pockets instead of theirs. Again all lies once a scammer always a scammer!!!!!!
If you were never in contact with how come I have your fake tour documents?, copies of receipts showing the money that I sent to you I told you to stop sending me this bull$hit. Tired of hearing your lies and as far as me jocking you? Please the only reason why I was calling you was to get my money which you keep avoid talking about, even when you told the BBB you were going to pay me you keep avoiding the subject and that's my MONEY!!!. You can't keep getting a way with the lies they will eventually catch up with you. If you like throwing out your hard earn money for nothing in return Tyshone is the person to see .. his scam is known state wide..google his name read about the people who have been scammed by him.. or do one better call the B.B.B they have a file on him..Hmmm let's go to Mary Boyd case on Tyshone.. let's see he offered her 125.00 dollars after a cancellation fee... that's funny Mary received no offer from him.. beside the one that is documented by the B.B.B stating he will pay Mary Boyd in full 225.00 within 15 days..... sad to say Mary has not received a dime the proof is with B.B.B Tyshone cancelled the tour now he wants Mary to pay a cancelling fee ???? but if you believe in the dark side you will love him.. but I'm bringing everything to the light let the people who believe in God know you for what you are a seed of the evil one Liar yes, Cheat yes, fraud yes, Scammer yes, proof to all of this yes...Okay lets talk about Mary artist the 11 year old that have not been signed yet Hmmmmm. first female rapper artist to perform at the hard rock cafe in Boston.. hmmm. in new york cutting for a cause ( for cancer) and many others it would take to many pages to list all...promo deal is in the works.... Tyshone Pringle Non-Payment of Refund

To whom it may concern:
I would like to inform you that a complaint was filed against Mr. Tyshone Pringle with the Better Business Bureau and I have decided to re-open the case against him because he broke his agreement to pay me my refund of $225 by September 01, 2011. He requested that I give him 10-15 business days, I allowed him that time matter of a fact you he had over two months to pay me back in which you failed to do so.
Also I would like to clear something up with everyone that says he's such a great person first I'm not talking about showcases I'm talking about these fake tours he keeps putting together and then canceling the tours that is what he did to me. I requested my refund and have yet to receive it. After checking the tour dates that he had scheduled to the artist tour schedule the dates we were scheduled did not add up to their dates they were actually on tour somewhere else so the dates he had listed were no good. I have been in the entertainment business for over 25 years myself and there is nothing bad anyone can ever say about me especially taking some ones money and not giving it back. Thats bad for your business and give you a bad name now if you still think he is the greatest person in the word google his name and that's not enough for you I have a file of stuff of Mr. Pringle with that being said there is always two sides to a story and before you take one persons side listen to what the other person has to say.

Who ever reported it to BBB are the ones you need to tell the sad story to once a Liar always a Liar you will never change and yes I'm still sticking to my story. It don't matter how many people you have to vouch for you there's to much information that points to you. There is alot of reports about you in Snellville GA, that points to you and addresses you directly. Craiglist in Atlanta had something on you dated 7/28/11 and also some agencies that clearly stated you had people work for you and did not pay. A show where unsigned or independent artists compete infront of major label representitives and showcase their talent infront of a worldwide audience to prove themselves worthy of a deal. With the first season wrapped up, Jerzey Hitt Afta Hitt Ent. is bringing the second season of the show Make It or Break It to TV. A show where unsigned or independent artists compete infront of major label representitives and showcase their talent infront of a worldwide audience to prove themselves worthy of a deal. It's the perfect opportunity to get exposure, recognition and something Nostalgic had to take advantage of.
After bieng hand picked by Tyshone T. Pringle (CEO of Jerzey Hitt Afta Hitt Ent.) Nostalgic made the phone call to reserve his spot on the show. We represent an Artist by the name of Nina Foxx who performed on July 31, in Ga. Were based in Jersey City NJ and decided we were going to take the trip to Georgia to be part of Mr. Pringles showcase. Knowing that there are a lot of bogus companies out there we decided to do our own research and determined that Mr. Pringle was legit. The ride down to Ga. we didnt know what to expect. After arriving to the venue location and seeing the camera people and the professionalism of all involved we determined that our artist was in the best place to promote her talent. As a manager of artists my job is not to depend on Mr. Pringle to get my artist signed...thats my job. Mr. Pringle created a great platform for independent artist to network with A&R's and fine tune their talent. We also were able to communicate with other up and coming artists and we plan to touch base with them and work on future projects. Hit us up on Facebook ninafoxx201. Going back to what Ms. Boyd said is not true and complete garbage. After attending his Showcase, we were so impressed we added another artist to his tour. We have 2 artists attending his Oct 2011 tour and will be preforming Sept 11, 2011 at Club Moonlite. So dont base attending Genesis Music Group Entertainment and Ultimate Face Off events because of the Ridiculous comments my Ms. Boyd, come out and you'll see its unfounded. Great Job! My name is Jack Johnson and I had dealings with Mr. Tyshone Pringle from "Tyzai Entertainment" and I lost a ton of cash to this guy. I have been in contact with others too who had lost money from him ranging all different amounts. Mr. Pringle keeps changing dates over and over again, and when you ask for your money back after you realize the show will never happen he keeps changing his story about when you will get paid back. But the truth is you never get paid back, he is a thief! Why he is still able to do this is beyond me. For every 1 person he assumes to help and actually put on a show for he has stolen from dozens in the process. Please be careful when dealing with people like Tyshone Pringle, they are only out for themselves. Its best to just find a good manager and have them book you gigs. I will try to send out emails to everyone that has been affected by this guy Tyshone and have them put in their two cents because obviously Tyshone asked everyone to get his back in such a short period of time. well either that or all of the comments above are from faked accounts.

Hi I am an independent artist who has been exposed to several showcases sponsored by Tyshone T. Pringle Sr. The events were held in Decatur, GA and Chamblee, GA over the last past few months. From my experience, the overall showcase was a great opportunity for me to get my music heard. In addition, I had the opportunity to network with other artists from Florida, New Jersey, Philadelphia, who were also trying to elevate there music to the next level.
I have read your complaint but Mr. Pringle has been nothing more than a mentor to me. The showcases are scripted in a manner which exudes nothing less than professionalism. I am shocked at the remarks made by Ms. Boyd. I can only speak from personal experience that I have had with Tyshone over the last few months. He has been more than willing to work with me financially with regard to this "upside down economy". He understands and is very sympathetic to the needs of the artist and his sincere desire is to sign artist and see them succeed. I will be touring Oct 2011 and will update this post accordingly.

Hello, this is Solomon, I was a client and now I am an employee of Genisis music group's "Ultimate Face off" and I can tell you, everything that Mary Boyd says is so not true. It's sad how people like her would be spreading lies like this about something she has never seen and prabably never will see after this report. Tyshone T. Pringle is the CEO/Manager of the company and I dont know where "A&R" came from. To tell you how much of a nice person Tyshone is, I had made a payment to perform at the "Ultimate Face off show" and the payment didn't really go through because of a bank problem. with the problem I had at my bank account, it wasn't going to clear till like four days after the day I was suppose to perform. but he kindly told me to just perform on the set date and to pay my registration fee once my bank cleard a few days later. with all of that being said, If Mary Boyd had a problem, she should've just accepted one of the two options that was given instead of trying to jeopardize a growing company with all of these lies at the rip off report. IF what she says was true, I wouldnt be posting this or even employed here

My Name is Tyshone T. Pringle Sr. CEO of Genesis Music Group Entertainment /Director of Ultimate Face Off Talent Show. I want to address a complaint that Ms. Mary Boyd from Brockton, MA. claims that my company did to her. Since I have entered the music business back in 2000 my first business name was C.B.L. Entertainment which was registered in the State of New Jersey. When I got married I renamed C.B.L Entertainment after my sons nickname which became Tyzai Entertainment which is registered in the State of New Jersey. I moved out of New Jersey to the Great State of Georgia and I have developed a TV Talent Showcase" MIBI" which stands for "MAKE IT OR BREAK IT". After a while We merged into Genesis Music Group Entertainment and Ultimate Face Off. So that answers one of Ms. Boyd False Statements.
When I was contacted by Ms. Boyd I had heard her daughters music on the reverbnation website and we were interested and impressed with her daughters music and presented our services of getting her daughter (Connected!, Seen!. Heard! and Signed!) She reviewed my website and couldn't afford any of my opportunities. Ms. Boyd called me every week (I have phone records to prove it) to see if we had any spots left. When it comes down to it she could'nt afford to participate on any of our showcases. But it's weird that she claims My Showcase is FAKE SORRY Oh HER WORDS"The Ultimate Fake Off" and "The Ultimate RIp Off" but she hasnt attend any of my events. If my event is fake you can contact the venue I shoot my showcase at every sunday: Club Moonlite in Chamblee.....770-455-4550 and the club owner name is: Mr. Fritz Aristilde.

The tour was supposed to kick off in August 2011. So Ms. Boyd maiden name or marry into the Sample's. My ex-wife is a sample so she said she was kind to my wife so I had given her a break and only charged her $225 to get on my tour and still pay her for doing the tour. My board and I had come to conclusion to switch the tour to October 2011 when everything calm down in the summer. Everybody participating in the tour agreed with my decision.
I spoke with Ms. Boyd about the changes. We were both concerned about the new dates of the tour because her daugther goes to school. So i gave Ms. Mary Boyd options: Option#1 A refund or Option#2 a spot on our showcase on August 14, 2011. She said she needed to speak with her husband and daughter then they would get back to me. Three weeks went past and no calls, no text or messages. I finally got back with her about her decision she told me she will get back to me once again. Finally she called and said she wanted a refund and she was very upset about the change. (We cant please everyone cause some people cant be pleased). This isnt Burger King have it your way.
So Ms. Boyd started demanding her money back now and I explained to her it takes 5-10 business days. Hotel reservations have to be canceled at this point and she will have her refund. (I have proof with all the emails and text message I sent her regarding this matter) She begin to be rude and nasty texting and leaving threatening messages. She said if she doesnt get her money back now she will destroy my name and dignity. That how this report came about.
My work and dignity will speak in this matter. I refuse to stoop to her level. We have helped many artists from coast to coast to get them Connected!, Seen!, Heard! and Signed.
