They call to offer you long distance at at great rate. After you agree to the long distance and give them your billing information. They proceed to ask you 10 other offers that you will decline, usually you pick up on the program on what they are trying to do to you and then you adventually tell them to forget the whole thing and just cancel all transactions and that your not interested! However, they do not cancel anything and will take $141.85 out of your checking account without you knowing it right away until you get your statement!

I have been calling since January 20th to get a refund and the check has yet to come in the mail, it's now March 28th, 2004! They are polite and tell you that the check "is in the mail" sir and you should recieve it by Friday. Let me tell you Friday is never coming. I asked for Corp. mailing address and this is what she (Chris Henderson ID# 111) gave me PO BOX 18434, Las Vegas, NV 89114. She told me she wasn't allowed to give the CEO's name, the owners name and their is never management around to speak to.

This company is nothing but a joke and a scam. If your reading this, chances are you've already been burned. $141.85 lesson, due your homework before you give out any financial information to what sounds like "a great deal".
