When I returned a truck after hours, After moving to Bend Or. from Portland Or.
I received a call from them the next afternoon claiming I damaged their truck.

top rear right hand corner. Manager claim it was back into a tree.

I never backed the truck up through the whole trip from Portland to Bend all my stop in which their were five totaled were straight pull through even when i pulled into their 

lot no trees our overheads. But where their yard man put it was clearly a tree that was hit and he had backed it into the area where I was showed the damage.

But of coarse that was impossible for their people to do it and not report it to their supervisor. But My fault . I Know I did not do this.

as I said Did Not Back Up . There was no need to. I would strap a lie detector to me and repeat this but I was told I was being foolish I'm tired of Big Business  taking advantage of the consumer they pass their mistake on to me why the driver Who parked the truck needs to tell the truth and so does his manager. Uhaul damage

Upon rentals of truck, customer should alert the staff to any unmarked damages to truck or truck body. We cannot assume that the customer is not lying about damage upon return of truck.
