Was sent a letter from UBI. Letter was signed by Joe Ryan of the Accounting department. Letter stated that I was to receive a 5000.00 dollar check. This is not a lottery or a contest. I was to sign a statment and return. Dont know how i got this I never entered anything for this. It was mailed from Singapore. Had check number and payment number included.
