UBI Payment Services Joe Ryan from UBI payment services sent me a letter requesting 19.95,and I was quaranteed to get a check for 5,000.00,so I sent the 19.95,and I have not received a check as of yet. Nationwide

I received a letter in the mail saying that I was a quaranteed winner of 5,000.00 if I returned the release form as instructed,and fulfill the contest requirments.At the bottom of the letter it ask for 19.95 for the tranfer fee of the 5,000.00 check so like a dummy I sent the 19.95 to them,and I have not yet to receive a check for 5,000.00
