I received a letter on 10/10/12 that came to my mail box to Panama City, FL. It read saying that "You are guaranteed to received $5.000.00 if you return the release form as instructed and for filled the contest requrierments." It was sign by Joe Ryan coming from the accounting department has retained a reputable courier  to deliver the check for $5,000.00. Payment Number UBI5. Their was a skill test you had to do befor signing the check. "PUZZLE" 20 + 5 =   25   21   23.    Check ID Number is UNMG19 Q590767019 Dated September 17.  Approved by Accounting Department Payment Number UBI5. It also said that "This was a official document comfirming your status regarding the guaranteed payment whose distribution is now pending."  This end my report on this scam!
