We have a long standing relationship with HP. When we refurbished one of our PCs, we ask HP where we could purchase a new chassis and face bezel. They told us about the afoementioned company. We attempted to place an order for the parts using all the information it requested. A salaes representative writes back that we need to supply the information we had already supplied. When we contacted management, no one bothered to even try and rectify the service failure. A personal call by me to the putative "owner" of this company also resulted in no response. When I called the company I was told that the "owner" had told the very person who had given us a hard time on line "to not respond to [his] emails" or apparently take our order. We have been in business for over twenty years, and have never had a vendor try us as disrespectfully. Moreover, for the "owner" to instruct his staff not to take our order based on a justified complaint demonstrates that they are engaged in unscrupulous activities that make them weary of any customer who has the foresight, resources, and initiative to escalate to "mismanagement" in this case. Judging from the dozens of complaints about this business at Rip Off reports, we now know why. Caveat emptor is Latin for "Let the buyer beware." Do business with these people at your own risk.
