UHAUL Items stolen from storage unit. Claimed I stole my own items out of my storage unit. Stolen Items from Storage Unit Rennselaer, New York

I stored my household goods at the Uhaul facility on Old National Hwy in College Park Georgia in Mid 2008.  I went back in July 2009 to retrieve an item out of storage to find that my key no longer fit my lock.  I consulted with the desk clerk that told me I needed to have the lock cut my a locksmith.  I call a locksmith and had the lock cut.  Upon opening the unit, I realized that all my items had been taken from my unit.  I immediately called the police and rushed back to the desk clerk to see if they had units broken into. 

On Sunday, I was told that they had a lot of break-ins in December 08 and January 09.  I asked why wasn't I notified.  They looked at my unit online and told me I needed to speak with the manager that would be in on Monday.  The police came and wrote a report.  After the police left, I went back to the office to see if I could get more information.  The desk clerk pulled 2 boxes of keys of locks UHAUL supposingly changed because they did not have circular locks.  I looked through the box and found a key to my unit.  The clerk once again told me I needed to talk with the manager in the morning.  I went back to the facility the next morning to talk with the manager.  The manager went to the unit with me and looked into the unit.  I questioned the manager about the keys that were behind the desk and the break-in I was told about the previous day. 

The manager replied that they should not have said anything to me because they didn't know what they were talking about.  I asked her to find my key in the box under the counter and she pulled it out.  After talking with UHAUL and Western Insurance, the came up with the story that I hired to Mexicans and a black guy to move my items out of storage and forgot to close the unit and that's why the place another lock on  the unit which is stupid because I had a boat in the unit.  Western Insurance also denied my claim because UHAUL claims I stole my Items but out I have been out of state since June of 08.
