We rented a storage unit from said location in which to store our belongings until we could find an apartment or house to rent.
We moved our property into the storage unit.

We returned to get our things from the storage unit and discovered that the lock was broken.
We opened the door to the unit and discovered that all our property was gone.
We took up this problem with the manager at said storage location.
We were told that the cameras were not on that night and they had no idea who could have stolen out things from the unit.
We were not compensated, nor were we given much attention to the matter.
We were told to get a lawyer but we cannot afford one.

This storage unit contained, clothes, toys, personal papers, jewelry, personal family photots, textbooks, yard equipment, table, chairs, etc.
