Don't throw away your free sample because in order to get your money back you have to return it with insurance and conformation. Call with your conformation number and they will give you your money back in 5 days. I didn't know a free sample involved so much red tape.

this is how I got my money back

I called 888-948-5508 and told them I wanted to cancell my future orders if they were planning to send out anything other than the free sample right after i ordered the free sample the same day. I got the free sample used it once but not again but saved te tube. I was charged 79.28 on my account about a week later so I called 888-948-5508 again and told them I didn't like the product and didn't want anymore . They said it was a free trial and the reason I got charged was because I didn't send back the sample. So I sent back the sample with 80 dollars insurance and conformation. I saved the paperwork from the post office and I tracked the return package online and when it was received by the company I called 888-948-5508 . I told them I returned it they asked for my conformation number i gave it to them then I got my money back through my credit card in 5 days. This was within a 60 day period. So goodluck to all and I hope this helps.
