Somehow obtained credit card information and established an unauthorized monthly billing of $19.95 under the transaction name of UMG TECH. Phone call to 800 number call center rep said that I had established this technical service (no description of services beyond that) over a year ago and authorized monthly billing against credit card.
Utter nonsense - no such request ever made or authorized. Had CC company remove previous 60 day charges and placed ban on UMG TECH to prevent further charges.
