Company called stating they were with California Secretary of State. Stated they had a judgement against me and demanded payment and was giving one opportunity to stop judgement, civil lawsuit, fines and penalties, along with all court cost. They claimed in 2002 I had done business with a company and had outstanding money due. The company they referenced I have never had any accounts with, nor have I ever recieved anything from courts. I also let them aware I was deployed at that time and was impossible to have conducted any business. After further investigating this company was not court officials, and there is no such legal actions pending. Fraud!!!
