It operates a call center at 3151 Cahuenga blvd. in Los Angeles which telemarkets home owners and falsely presents itself as a contractors referral agency and is owned by OFER FARKASH of SAHL Builders.
They also have a phony Website called Local Remodeling.com. which they purchased. It too is a set-up. When you enter Local remodeling.com in your computer it takes you to Home Remodelers Direct. It presents itself as a Contractors referral company. This is the same as the call center. It is owned and operated by OFER Farkash. First of all a referral company cannot be a member of the NKBA.
Their site shows them as members. Referral companies do not offer Financing or Credit Cards. Their sites shows this. You call their Telephone number and you reach the phone of their Telemarketers.
GO GREEN REMODELING Lic # 468748, TLC HOME IMPROVEMENT Lic # 299161, UNIQUE HOME DESIGN Lic #441931 and ECO CONSTRUCTION Lic # 366984. These are the companies that do business through HOME OWNERS DIRECT and owned by OFER FARKASH. It is a total rip-off. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME and they present themselves as ompetitors.
What a SCAM!!!!
In fact all of these companies WEBSITES are hosted ON THE SAME IP ADDRESS by the
SAME WEB HOSTING ACCOUNT.

Please take notice that Ofer Farkash ("Farkash") has initiated a civil action in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, Case No. BC494297, due to allegedly false statements made by you (the "Action"). In the Action, Farkash seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC, in an effort to ascertain your identity, for the IP addresses for the numerous complaints that you have posted on the website Rip Off Report, www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "Jim," Sue, or any other pseudonym, about Farkash. The business records derived from the aforementioned subpoena are to be produced by Xcentric Ventures, LLC, to Michael D. Kolodzi, Esq., 3151 Cahuenga Blvd. West, Suite 244, Los Angeles, California 90068, in compliance with FRCP Rule 45 and California Code of Civil Procedure 2020.410, et seq.
