I have a account that was never mind for a libary book in Sac, CA.I tried contacting them they said if i did not fill out a police report I will have to pay it. They sent it to UNIQUE NATIONAL COLLECTIONS. I disputed the account on EX several times even as Identity theft and they keep validating it. they even put under the trade line Account information disputed by consumer (Meets requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act). Now EX says I can not dispute it. Also when I contacted UNIQUE NATIONAL COLLECTIONS to validate it I was told they are not able to do that contact the sac libary and if I would like to pay it please pay the libary. HAs any one else dealt with them?
also what does Account information disputed by consumer (Meets requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act) when they put it on the trade line
