UNITED AUTO CREDIT CORP. BACKED OUT OF A PHONE VERBAL PREARRANGEMENT AGREEMENT TACOMA Washington

Well , i will start off by letting you know i went and purchased a ford , and these people so kindly loaned the money i needed , however i had a great deal of bad events happen to me the same year i purchased the car, i had a very sick life threatening parent , and at the same time my mother became as sick as my father , i had one in one hospital and one in the other almost losing my dad,and my mother being disabled was very trying.

I did miss alot of work and became behind on my payments 3 times and they worked with me all three times but I did notice every time i was even 1 day behind they were all over me with 15 calls a day and so on . anyhow i just made arrangements with a gal that works there , Betty and i discussed payment arrangements along side of the origional , i just lost my job of 15 years with a very well known company, and had to wait for employment benefits to kick in

well, it took about 3 weeks and but by then my payments were over 2 months behind, but i said to Betty , give me til the last day of this month to get everything caught up and if i don't ill give you the car back, she said ok, that would be fine , and i got a phone call today didn't answer because i figure it was someone who didn't know what Betty and my arrangements were so i let it go ..

o.m.g though i just talk to Betty again yesterday , tonight i get a visitor on my porch and its a repo. man, i asked him what is going on its not the last day of the month and i just sent money to u.a.c.c the day before and talked to Betty who was suppose to be in management, yesterday and now my car is gonna be repoed. i am in shock, i am in contact with this company and was just two days ago from now , and they went against what Betty and i agreed upon and now i am trying to save my car and its not the end of the month

its just now the 20th and i have atleast 11 days left to come up with the payment i owe , and i just sent them money. i get atleast 8-11 calls a day regardless , if i made payment arrangements and talk to someone the day before..they need to atleast allow me the time they agreed to allow.
