With research you'd find very many more disgruntled and victimized merchants that were ripped off with fraudulent charges as well as our company. Merchants raising complaints at the BBB or other avenues.
Financially they owe just our company over the past 3 years at least $3000. With a financial officer to audit our records, i'll bet that number is far off the actual.

Each month they take fees that are not owed, they admit the mistakes and re-deposit the excess amount after we call and point it out, but they never deposit agreed amount. They will deposit 1/2 and continue to take fees for register tape and other services we NEVER used-wireless/paperless pos machine. Charged us for 2 machines-we only had one and it was OUR machine, we didn't rent their machine. Much more...
