Really hope it goes into a lawsuit, by the time your phone bill actually reaches you whoever put it on your account has been using it for approx. 30 days. They say the only recourse we have is to contact the person who opened the account. Doesn't matter that they do not live at your address.....???

3rd party billing is allowed by law

My phone company reversed charges and put a 3rd party block on my phone so this never happens again AND so that this company can't try and bill again. Talk to someone else at your company (supervisor) and let them know every detail of your story. I complained enough and wrote email to my phone company and they did this for me. At first they were just going to put the block on. Then, after letting them know I wrote the FTC; FCC; BBB; and my State Attorney General, they wrote back to say they reversed the charges back to this ILD Teleservices/United Voice Messaging. I would also advise to get a "slamming" block on your phone, like I did today, to stop anyone from switching your long distance and phone service as well. You phone company HAS to do all this for you. All these blocks are allowable by law and are free.
Do a search on here for ILD Teleservices and you can read my horror story from Columbia, MO this month.
