This is another scam company Anthony Tobin ran a few years ago and was busted by the Georgia State Attorney's office. These are facts and multiple complaints about victims who where ripped of by these scum bags. The stories are all true, he is a con of cons and well polished and good at his job.

Do not associate yourself with Anthony Tobin or Barbar Forman or seek investment funds through The. Babara Forman works in conjunction with Anthony Tobin of UNIVERSAL CORPORATE CONSULTING, a known scammer in what is called the advanced fees scam. She is a front person who introduces investment fund seekers to Tobin, who then scams the company into paying advanced fees.

My point is that Barbara Forman has tried to hide and lie about her connection to Tobin in these forums and publicly, but is not very careful as she is directly linked to a known Advanced Fee' scammers. She does not want to be directly implicated with the crime so she cannot be criminally prosecuted or civilly sued. The secret connection is between her and Anthony Tobin's crew, which she has done a poor job of hiding, as we have email evidence to back up our claims that she is part of the Tobin scam.
