Was sent a check for $3,500.00 that was "dedcuted" from my winnings.
Tax amount is $2,985.00 to be paid through MONEYGRAM at any Walmart store.
I will receive tax info from claim agent DAVID JOHNSON @ 1-416-858-3724 and I must contact him with 10 days.
Must keep winnings "confidential" until claim has been processed.
