1. the BBB is a private organization run off of member dues and things of that sort. They aren't even federally regulated. It's more of a club than a consumer protection agency. So you going to the BBB in Altamonte was a waste of time.

2. I signed up for the offer, and here's what I found. You get a voucher for two general admission passes to Universal Orlando. They ask you if you want to take a tour when you get there, but you don't have to do it. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO REFUSE.
