I have taken it upon myself to put this story forward to the public. It was my hope that after first hearing the actions of Dr. Chris Zed DEAN OF DENTISTRY AT U.B.C. They would internally deal with it. Amost two years after hearing nothing was done.Chris with his assitant Kathy. Lead almost a full decade of fraud from just after his employment. Their the embezzling of millions of dollars. His term of this bankrupted several needed departments at the University. Chris had no conscience. He stole from all the satellite clinics as well.

 Some these included  THE VIETNAM PROGRAM, DOWNTOWN EASTSIDE PROGRAM AND FIRST NATION ORAL HEALTH PROGRAM. When he was challenged on this by his staff he threated their careers and employment when his peers questioned him he deined it and warned them how this could lose the Universitys donations. Chris Zed and wife Jennifer Winsor are total SCUMBAGS. To my knowledge the Unversity Dean knew about all of it and was quite possibly getting kick backs. All the proceeds went to build Dr. Zed and his wife a new multmillion dollar home on the westside of Vancouver.  Jenifer Winsor used her galleries (WINSOR GALLERY VANCOUVER/WHITSLER) to launder the proceeds of crime. Mr Zed was so brassen in his activities he would tell clients to write checks to him directly and used his personal accounts to funnel millions.
