US Bank lied about their overdraft policy. I made a deposit for over 1400 dollars and the money was listed under my account balance. An extremely rude and unprofessional customer service representative LIED to me and said that overdraft fees are based on account balance, not available balance. I want all my fees credited because of my time and stress having to deal with this.
