US Bancorp US BANK Home Mortgage DRAGS YOU THROUGH HAMP PROCESS, HOLDS UP SHORT SALE, FORECES FORECLOSURE UNFAIR STRESS Minneapolis, Minnesota

In January of 2010, I began my bid with US BANK to qualify for a reduced mortgage under the HAMP Program. After 10 months of giving them everything they asked for bank statements, pay stubs, unemployment stubs, etc., I was denied for this program (with no real reason why I wasnt working at the time) which forced me to face either short sale or foreclosure.

I chose to try and short sale my home. I put it on the market for significantly less than I paid (due to market conditions it was worth half of what I paid for it) and I got an offer three days into the short sale for the full amount. That was back on November 17, 2011. 

Since that time I have given everything to the real estate attorney and realtor handling the short sale of my home. Bank statements, pay stubs, letters, insurance copies whatever they have asked for. I have received numerous calls from US BANK demanding I pay my mortgage, even when its in short sale status. They know this. They continued to harass me and each time I tell them the same thing the ball is in your court. I got an offer you just need to approve. They hang up.  Call back two days later for the same thing.

Now they have stopped responding. ALMOST A YEAR LATER they decide they arent going to respond to my lawyer at all giving me no other options but the dreaded foreclosure.  They arent even responding to the second mortgage holder (was an 80/20 when I bought the house).  
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I have enough paperwork to back up what I say, as well as my real estate attorney and realtor.

So I have decided to take it to the internet.  I am wondering if there is a pending class action suit or if I can sue them for holding this up and being non-responsive.
