We moved from CITI Bank because of excessive fees but US Banks fees are so far excessive that you cant trust your hard earned monies in their control.
Its like its their money and not yours. We deposited monies into a new account with them and in the first 30 days they took basically our entire deposit from us with this fee and that fee until our money was gone and we were overdrawn.
There are many many reports about this same activity with US Bank and this is not right. We go to banks to hold our money rather than bury it into a hole in the ground. Banks are like criminals in the night and take your money and force you into a negative balance by their own hands. They charged over $500.00 in various fees on a brand new 30 day old business account. There are countless similar stories on the net to this same effect from customers of US Bank

It appears that the problem might not be due to bank error but your error since you were charged many fees at Citi as well. Please read the information that was given to you at account opening and ask questions to make sure that you understand.
