Search TipsWell, in this case, USB is right. Fred Meyer would dictate all the rules and regulations for the card while USB would just create the card. Your complaint should be against Fred Meyer.
Imagine that you got some tainted Tylenol at Walgreens. You wouldn't sue Walgreens, you whould sue Tylenol. See my point?
