In fact, U.S. Beef had already tried to contact the authors of the reports. In most cases if you view the reports, the customers actually retracted their statements with new positive reviews of how U.S. Beef made everything right for them. The few reports where no customers retracted their comments are reports where U.S. Beef has been unsuccessful at reaching the authors. One report was found to be posted by disgruntled ex-employee.
