US Beef-Your Mobile Grocer very tough meat high priced Mobile Delivery Ripoff Gaithersburg Maryland

Purchased the steak package for $140. Strip steaks were half grissle and tendons and fat. Filets Mignon wouldn't cut with a steak knife but they state "butter knife tender". Flavor was non existant also. These are sold door to door by people in freezer trucks. Real Rip off!

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with everything they purchase.   U.S. Beef sells thousands of pounds of beef every week and from time to time there are steaks that do not meet our own quality standards. For that reason, we offer a full one year guarantee for taste, tenderness, and against freezer-burn.   We have also upgraded a few of our suppliers to improve the consistency of our products.  If there is something your are dissatisfied with, please give us the opportunity to bring you out a fresh set of steaks.  Please call us at 888.987.2333 so we can take care of your issue ASAP.

Now I'm sorry you didn't agree with our products first off. But did you defrost the steaks or cook them frozen like the brochure suggests? did you bother calling the SOLID full year guarantee that covers taste, tenderness, and freezer burn? I've worked for u.s. beef in california for about 8 months now and at the price of $140 dollars for the case you got a deal! thats nearly cost! call 888-9-usbeef for customer service tell them dave from santa ana in california said to call ive plenty of repeat customers that are very satisfied with our products, again sorry for your disappointment.
