Spoke w/Marc Adrewsempe Arizona Office, he "absolutely" guaranteed me I could use my old cement slab and be grandfathered in when I got my 16x16 garage. I charged $3000 cc,  I found out a few days later that the City of Des Moines whould not give me a permit to build on my slab (too old). I got this in writing from the Permit office, faxed it to Mr. Ralph Kain in the Florida office. He said he never rec'd it, did not receive my canx notce. I refaxed. I called Kain over and over and over. He would not return my call. When I finally did get hold of him I told him the following"  I attempted to use steel beams , the City would not approve it. My contractor came over and refused to put steel beems down for me & also measured my car.  It is 17 feet long. I could not use what was sold. I told all of this to Kain, he would not talk to me. I asked for a bigger garage, at the same price, he would not even talk to me any longer. 

I was made numerous promises - in order to get my cc # - US buidings will not talk to me, will not follow up with any requests - it is like they don't have to, they already have my 3000. I cannot afford a $3000.00 cement slab plus a $6000.00 garage (1/2 now and 1/2 on delivery). I told Kain this also, he would discuss nothing with me.  He didn't have to - he had my money.  Can you help?  Thankyou in advance.
