I've tried contacting them by phone. They never answer, also you can't leave a message because the mailbox is always full. I had to cancel my account via a letter, and stop payment.
I received a refund for 1/8th of the amount that was paid to them, even though they did nothing to earn the money.
Please do not give this company your money! They will take your money, and do nothing! You will end up in a worse situation than the one that prompted you to contact them in the first place.
