I recieved a phone call a few minutes ago from 315-557-6495 and was told I took out a payday loan from them and didnt pay it back. first I spoke to a woman who told me she was a lawyer and that she was reviewing my case and need my lawyers information. I told her I never took out a loan and was transferd to another attorney who once again told me there were three charges agaisnt me and how did I want to resolve it. They had my address phone number and personal information like the last four digits of my social. when I tried to explain to him that I didnt take out a pay day loan he got upset with me and transfered me to some one called Joe perry. He was very rude and was demanding I pay the loan or I would end up in jail. they asked for my attorneys information and when I told him I had none he began arguing with me asking me why did I take out a loan if I wasnt going to pay it. I must be stupid thinking the law woudn't catch up with me. its upsettting to think there are people out here who will stoop this low to take advantage of people.
