U.S. Credit Management Took our money and did nothing Irving, Texas

We signed up with U.S. Credit Management around 2003 because we were in debt at the time and wanted to find a solution to get bills paid.  Claude at U.S. Credit Management sure had answers to that problem.  They took our money, but after a year's time, did nothing.   NO accounts were paid.  We got harrassed 24/7 from creditors all hours of the day and night at home and at our jobs.  We were served subpeonas by law enforcement officials to appear in court because every creditor was sueing us.  This is when the Texas wheelers and dealers were supposed to step in and negotiate on all these accounts.  They didn't.  When I did call, I did get through, but most of the people that worked there, just told me "This is the way this company program works" and to be patient.  One employee said that the laws were different in Texas so in Alabama, my paychecks could be garnished all the companies and he sure did not give a doodle what happened to us either!

We ended up filing bankruptcy; chapter 13 and got through their program in seven years and had more peace of mind.   I wish we could get all the money back that they stole from us!  It probably amounted to about $6.000!   This company is nothing but a big rip off!  Don't know why or how they are still in business!
