US Crediti Management, World Debt Solutions We have been scammed and screwed by U.S. Credit Management company from Irving Texas

We have been scammed or screwed through a credit card management company from Irving, Texas. We entered into a contract with them August 2004. We owed five different credit card debts which were overwhelming and over straining our income and budget. My son Jeffrey and I are both on SSI- and we didn't want to claim bankruptcy so that we could keep our credit in good standing. This US Credit Management Company promised us that we would be debt free within three years. In all good faith we believed them. They required $365.00 per month, which was a big chunk out of our SSI but we faithfully paid this electronically from my bank account.

Since then two credit card banks have filed a lawsuit in Civil Court against us. The last contact I had with US Credit Management in June 2005. I told them about the suits. We were told not to worry about it because the only thing that would happen is that they would put a lein on our house and in another year and a half the debt would be paid and the lein lifted. Now after eight-teen months of paying $365.00 per month, the only debt that was resolved for $2000.00 was the Discover Card bill, in December 2005. Then in the beginning of February of this year US Credit Management sent us a letter that they are no longer operating and terminated the contract. They never made any payments to any other credit card debts. I don't know what they did with the rest of the money, it was close to $5000.00.

Because they terminated the contract they should have return the money as they are not entitled to any fees they may claim. Please see what you can do to help, as I am considering Bankruptcy at this point, because we cannot pay these debts.

P.S. They won't answer their phones we send them a registered letter but have had no response from them.
