US Fast Cash misrepresented themselves and lied to me to take out a loan with them. Initially I inquired about a loan with them online, but when they gave me a date to pay it back i knew that I could not meet that date to pay it back. The sales rep called me and told not to worry about the date they gave me because i could call back in 2 weeks and request an extension. So I decided to take the loan, but when I called back in a couple weeks to get that extension, I was told I was not eligible. I would have never taken that loan out if that were the case because I knew I could not pay it back on the date they originally gave me. When i called back the Customer Service rep was very rude and unprofessional. I told her i would have never taken out this loan if I knew this was the case and she said "I`m sorry but I can`t help you and that she would go back and listen to the phone recording and see if the sales rep lied to me and if he did, he would be reprimanded. But that does not help me if i cannot pay back this loan with date they gave me. She then informed me that if I did not have the money in my account I would be charged a fee of $30. This company US Fast Cash lied to me and now their is nothing I can do about it. If their is please someone let me know. Thank you!
