I have been receiving calls for an Eric Smith representing a law firm that says that I still owe money and that they will be filling a lawsuit in my name because I have not paid back my loan, when I asked how I could pay this they said the only way would be by paying the account off in full of 756.00 and that I had to go to a walmart,cvs, or 7-eleven and buy a green dot money pack not a money card and that if I did not they would not accept payment. Eric Smith also said that I only had about 20 minutes to come up with this amount if not they would proceed with the lawsuit and that tomorrow morning I would be arrested at work and taken to court to get this issue resolved. I do not know if these guys are legitimate or not but it was scary up until the point I did a little bit of research and saw how others had experienced the exact same thing, I would suggest that we start a petition or something to put a stop to this nonsense as it messes with people's lives and it is not funny.
