This company contacted me under the name US Job Assistance by phone saying that I somehow signed up for this program wish list. They offered to help me start up an LLC personal business for $319 and by doing so I would be under their "corporate umbrella" to then begin sending them the names and numbers of businesses that were using credit card machines for merchant services.
As I asked questions they became more defensive about what a great opportunity this was and how low cost it was and that they were registering a business for me and then aggressive about obtaining my credit card info.
Digging deeper the information gathered passes from one shell part of the company to another shell to register the LLC then passed to another shell to assign you a "coach" or account manager. This manager then begins setting up a advertising plan and a leads plan for additional upfront costs by me/you to purchase. This costs $5000+ dollars. They even mention that there are additional programs that provide business grants for $40k+ to further your business.
They cannot answer how the business is supposed to work, What is in the initial LLC filing for you and the business relationship, provide business references, proof of income/sales figures, will not go into any kind of contractual agreement, etc, etc.
They will entice you by having a low cost start ($300), give you a bit of an immediate return ($500-$1000) then try to hook you by having you pay them $5000+ and up. Once you give them your Credit Card they will charge it all.
Please watch out for these guys. As soon as they are reported enough they will create a new name for themselves but be up to the same old tricks. There is absolutely no legitimacy to them.

CR Consumer Services

Both CR Consumer Services and the US Doc Assist group of companies (which are many) are nothing but scams. I know that one company sells you the BS program and the other calls and sells you on the idea to help you get your money back for a whopping 30-40% of your original charge. All something you can do yourself simply by calling your credit card company and filing a dispute. Not to mention the fact that after you get a credit on your card, then CR Consumer Resources will want to be paid and IF you pay them, you could lose even more money because the credit you get is only temporary! DO NOT DO IT!

This is how these scammers work

Many of them get your name off of an advertisement that you may have registered for. Many are work from home ads that look very legitimate. Once you put your name and phone number on there, they sell your info as a lead to scammers. Some of these ads claim they are endorsed by CNN, USA Today, etc.. it's all a lie! The FTC should be taking these ads down. I am a consumer advocate that works on cases just like these. I am familiar with these Arizona based scams offering a business opp selling credit card terminals and Amazon and Ebay sites with coaching.. it's all a lie and a scam. I have helped many people recover their money. If you need help, please call the toll free number if you need an advocate to help you. Depending on the situation, we have helped many people get their money back. Call for a consultation. 888.563.5558 www.crconsumerresources.com
