US Maintenance USM 50% Non Payment to subcontractors a common practice Norristown, Pennsylvania

After contaacting several other small businesses that have had contracts with USM, theree seems to be a pattern of non payment for services after half of the work is performed. This has happened frquently with snow & ice removal in the north east. Now they are moving south with cleaning services.

We stripped and waxed 12 Ross department stores that are 25,000 square feet each, only to receive payment for 4 stores. We also serviced a Sport Authority Store, but turned down the request for others until we get paid. Other contractors are owed as much as $10,000 each with the same routine of paying one or two checks, then stop anwering emails or phone calls for payment.
