These people are expert, well organized con artists, apparently a well-thought out criminal enterprise.  You don't have a chance.  If you or anyone you know of have a bad experience with them, run, don't walk to an attorney and file suit.  Do not wait -- the sooner you act, the more likely you are to be able to protect yourself.  By all means, file a complaint with your state's consumer protection office and the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Affairs:  www.ftc.gov/bcp/consumer.shtm

Even if you act promptly and decisively, you may still have a lot of trouble.  They may offer you a settlement agreement, but don't sign it unless you confer with an attorney first.  It releases them, creates a confidentiality agreement (in an attempt to keep you quiet about their scams), but doesn't actually release you.  You may, or may not ever get your money back, even if you win a judgment against them.

A class action suit against this company, its officers and sales force ought to be started.
